Acer is going through a period of transformation brought about by the extreme changes in the IT industry. Much of what is driving this change is the different attitude of the Millenial generation (essentially those born in the 80’s through to the Millenium) towards the way they consume, use technology and connect. We need to change one’s business needs to start with a deep understanding of the implications of this attitudinal shift. This presentation serves to illuminate this topic and provide guidance on key factors which brands must take into account to succeed with “Generation Y”.
