For the third year, AANA partnered with Starcom Mediavest Group to present the findings of their annual SMG Media Futures Survey with panel discussions.
Joining the panel was Dr Karen Nelson-Field, a global authority in digital advertising and media strategy and author of the best-seller Viral Marketing: The Science of Sharing.
SMG Media Futures is one of Australia’s most authoritative predictors of expected advertising budget growth, and the only survey of its kind of national advertisers and key media executives around the country.
The session also covered what Customer Experience means to Australian advertising and media professionals and was followed by drinks and networking.
