When and Where does RESET take place?

RESET Live takes place on Thursday 1st of May 2025. It is located at the Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay, Sydney and is available to stream live from wherever you are. If you’re joining us for the live event, head to the Overseas Passenger Terminal on Level 1.

What time does the event start and finish?
Registration opens at 8.45am, we have a full day schedule followed by 1 hour of networking drinks which will conclude at 6.00pm. 
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Taxis & Ubers can drop off at Overseas Passenger Terminal from Argyle St/George St. Enter via the boom gate and follow the road down Circular Quay West.

For guests travelling by car, there are three paid parking options nearby:

  1. Directly outside OPT – 127 spaces are available, including 1 accessible parking space. Enter via the boom gate on Circular Quay West.
  2. Street parking is available in surrounding streets including The Rocks on Harrington, Cumberland, Argyle, Essex and Gloucester Street. Check parking signs and follow instructions as parking rates and time limit restrictions vary. ​
  3. The closest Wilson Parking are Quay West and Clocktower.

Am I a AANA member?

You are a AANA member if you are a paid financial supporter of the Australian Association of National Advertisers. We have a list of our members on our website here or email us to find out at reset@aana.com.au.

How can I make a payment?

When tickets are on sale, you will be able to purchase any ticket type via credit card or invoice. You’ll also receive an email confirmation with your tax invoice. 

What's included in my streaming ticket?
If you can’t make it onsite this year, you certainly don’t need to miss out on any of the action and inspiration. You and your team can experience RESET via streaming from wherever you are.

Your unique link will be sent before the event and this will give you access to all live sessions throughout the day. Selected and exclusive content will also be available for you to watch on demand.

Once I’ve purchased a corporate streaming package how does my team register?
Once purchased, we will send an email with access details to the 1 ticket purchaser and they will be responsible for distributing the access link to everyone in the company.

Each person will need to register themselves as an attendee in advance, including entering their email address to get access to the live stream.

Is there a limit on how many people in my company can register for the stream?

An unlimited corporate stream package is per company or advertiser, for this there is no limit on how many people can register. 

 If you purchase this package for your holding group, there is a limit of 50 people. 

What software do you use to live stream / What if I don’t have access?
Live streaming the event will be available in any internet browser. If you have any issues on the day, email us at reset@aana.com.au.

Each registration triggers a unique link so please do not share your confirmation email. If your ticket is forwarded to others, only the first person to use it will be granted access on event day.

Do I need a printed ticket to the live event?
Registration on arrival is essential and entry will be via your unique barcode on your ticket. You will need to either have this barcode on your mobile, or printed. Arrive early and avoid queues. Registration opens at 8.45am. Plus, if you’re early, you’ll have more time for networking over a barista-made coffee.

Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?

What if I can’t attend the live event, can someone take my place?

If you’re unable to attend the event, we are not able to issue a refund but we happily manage a name transfer. Please email us at reset@aana.com.au.

What happens if the live event can’t go ahead?
Should the live event need to be cancelled due to an event of force majeure, the streamed event will still go ahead. All live ticket holders will be able to transfer to streamed tickets and the cost difference can either be refunded, credited to the next RESET or gifted to charity.
