STARCOM MEDIA FUTURES – NEW THINKING ON CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Starcom and the AANA hosted a presentation of findings from the 2017 Starcom Media Futures Survey.

With a continued focus on Customer Experience, this year’s results indicate that businesses need to think differently about CX if they are to keep pace with category disruption. Starcom explored the implications for your business, brand and communications in the context of Australia’s advertising marketplace trends.

Matt Jones, Founder, Better Happy: The first Chief Creative and Strategy Officer for experience agency, Jack Morton’s Worldwide. Matt became one of the world’s most influential thinkers in the emerging world of brand experience, helping brands like IBM, Microsoft, Qantas, Sony, and Samsung navigate their way into a new world of socially connected consumers and experience-led brand building.

Kurt Burnette, Chief Revenue Officer, Seven West Media: Instrumental to the commercial success of Seven’s Customer Experience, as the business evolves beyond broadcast television and publishing to a leading multi-platform media company. Kurt also leads Seven West Media’s business development ‘incubator’ for new revenue opportunities.
