SPEAKER SERIES – FACEBOOK AND THE FUTURE OF MARKETING
Together with Adstream, the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) held the first instalment of the AANA Speaker Series for 2014 featuring Facebook’s Carolyn Everson, VP of Global Marketing Solutions.
Carolyn leads the global marketing solutions team – focusing on top strategic accounts and global agencies. She also oversees Facebook’s media strategy, advertising sales and account management.
These are the early days of the digital revolution. Spurred by the growth of mobile, internet use is on the rise worldwide. Over a million people experience the internet for the very first time, every day. In the USA, time spent on digital surpassed television for the first time in 2013. The last time shift in media this profound occurred when TV overtook radio.
