AANA welcomes Kirsty Muddle as New Board Member

The Board of the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kirsty Muddle as a new board member.

Muddle is the CEO of Dentsu Creative Australia & New Zealand, bringing a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success in the industry. With her extensive experience and deep understanding of the industry, Muddle will play a pivotal role in further galvanising the role of creativity and brand in the marketing and advertising industry.

As CEO of Dentsu Creative Australia & New Zealand, Kirsty provides strategic oversight across various domains, including Strategy, Brand, Production, Earned Attention, Digital Experience, Product & Service Design, Entertainment, Public Relations, Indigenous Affairs, and Government Relations.

Kirsty Muddle said: “AANA exists to make the industry better. I’m looking forward to contributing and supporting the voice and self-regulation of our great industry.”

Muddle’s journey in the industry began in Econometrics, and she has managed to maintain her passion for the dynamic interplay between humans and data throughout her career.

Recognised for her outstanding contributions, Muddle has received prestigious accolades such as Women of the Year and Executive of the Year, both awarded twice. Her dedication and leadership have also led her to serve on various esteemed boards, including the Advertising Standards Board of Australia, the Advertising Council of Australia, and Cox Inall Ridgeway, a majority Indigenous-owned Social Change Practice.

Muddle’s appointment to the AANA board is effective immediately.
