The Media Challenge: Achieving Transparency and Effectiveness to Drive Business Outcomes

And Bob Liodice, CEO of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) in the US, who outlined the sentiment in the US and share his thoughts with Australian marketers.  Nick Manning, Chief Strategy Officer, Ebiquity then detailed the steps necessary for transparency. Nick is the principal author of the ‘Prescriptions, Principles, and Processes for Advertisers’ report that followed the ANA/K2 Investigation in the US. He also advises the World Federation of Advertisers on the transparency issue.

Nick Manning delivered an informative session on how advertisers can have full control and oversight over all the factors that relate to their media spend and the effectiveness of their investment against desired business outcomes.


Nick Manning, is the Chief Strategy Officer for Ebiquity PLC who joins us from the UK. Ebiquity specialises in helping advertisers achieve accountability and transparency in media. Ebiquity was selected by the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) in the US to create the “Prescriptions, Principles and Processes for Advertisers” report which followed the ANA/K2 Intelligence investigation.

Nick was the principal author of this report and led the Ebiquity/Firm Decisions team through the nine month project with the ANA. Nick also leads Ebiquity’s partnership with the World Federation of Advertisers which ensures its member associations, including the AANA, remain well-informed on relevant global media developments. Ebiquity consultants will be available to AANA members to provide specific one-on-one advisory services.
